RoClicks is run by an individual developer. This page describes exactly what is stored and who else sees it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we store
- Your account. Email, name and profile image from Google sign-in.
- Your prompts and generated images. Kept so you can return to a thread, edit it, and download your work.
- Your Google Gemini API key. Encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it reaches the database. It is decrypted only in memory, only to make a generation you asked for. It is never logged, never returned to the browser, and never shown to us in plain text. Disconnecting it deletes the record.
- Usage signals. Which generations you downloaded, rated or edited. Used to improve the art-direction prompt.
- Billing. Stripe holds your payment details. We store only a customer id and subscription status. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Who else sees your content
- Google.Your prompt, any reference images you upload, and the generated image pass through Google's Gemini API, billed to your own key under your own agreement with Google.
- Anthropic. A sample of generations, including images, may be sent to Claude when we analyse which prompt changes improve results. This is aggregate quality work, not review of you personally.
- Stripe for payment, and Railway for hosting and database.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your generated images for advertising or public showcases without asking you first.
Retention and deletion
Your work is kept while your account exists. Email us to delete your account and we will remove your generations, uploads and stored API key. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Children
The audience for this product skews young. It is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep accounts for them. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and it will be removed.
